Payment is due after removal of item(s). Balance should be paid in full at the time of billing if total is below $150. Otherwise, you must pay a minimum of $100 monthly towards your balance, until it is paid in full.
Extra Fees
An additional fee will be added if the following occurs.
Late Fee
A fee will be charged on overall balance when the amount due is postmarked or received 7 days after the due date
NSF Fee
A fee will be charged for each payment that is returned for non-sufficient funds
Refund and Cancellation Policy
If the client decides to cancel the program for any reason, a written request must be sent to LJCS within 3 business days from the date the contract was signed. After this legal 3-day period, LJCS requires a 30-day cancellation notice. During the cancellation process , the client will allow 7 days for processing. Refunds will not be given for services rendered. LJCS has a 120-day guarantee or your money back, unless new negative items were obtained by the client that decreased their score.
